Shipping & Handling
We do our best to ship your order as soon as it is received. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours after receipt. Our daily order cut-off time is 1 PM EST. Orders placed after 1 PM EST will calculate as if the order were placed the following day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
The Pnut Butter Cups Company utilizes UPS as our carrier to deliver your order. We currently offer UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS Next Day Air. Arrival time for standard ground shipments is dependent on the distance of the package destination. Shipping charges are applied on a per address basis. If you are shipping to multiple addresses the shipping is charged according to each address order total. All shipping charges are determined by UPS and will be calculated and provided at the time of check-out. Actual shipping charges may be adjusted due to weight and dimension of some items shipped. We will email you in such a case.
The Pnut Butter Cups Company currently only ships to the 48 contiguous states and we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, nor can P.O. boxes be used as billing addresses.
After shipments have left our facility and are in UPS ownership, the Pnut Butter Cups Company is not liable for UPS delivery timing or any products that are lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact UPS and file a claim. Remember to keep the shipping container and its contents as the carrier reserves the right to inspect both in the event of damage.
The Pnut Butter Cups Company is not responsible for an incorrect shipping address and customer will be invoiced for packages returned to us. Additional shipping fees will be charged to send the order out a second time. Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries if the business is closed or not available to receive the package when it is delivered.
If you have not received your order within 5 business days, please contact us and we will track the shipment for you.
Warm Weather Shipping
The weather affects the condition and quality of our pnut butter cups. Special packaging and shipping precautions are required during the warm weather months. Therefore, all orders shipped during this time are shipped with an ice pack for an additional charge of $5.00 and are shipped expedited (UPS 2nd Day or UPS Next Day Air) depending on the zip code your order is being shipped.
During the summer and warm months, we do not ship on Fridays.
NOTE: When temperatures are 85 degrees or higher, not all delivery options are available. We apologize for any inconvenience, but the quality of our products is important to us.
